Crab Apple Blossoms

This is one of my favorite photos and I just realized I haven't posted it here. It's one of the very first I took with when my 105 was new. :)

About me ... photography-wise

I have been interested in photography since I was a little girl ... I even took 2nd place in a photography contest as a child. I took Photography in High School and loved working in the darkroom, although I didn't continue with darkroom work beyond that, I did continue to take pictures.

I'm no longer content seeing the perfect shot, but not knowing how to nail it!

The intro of Digital Photography has allowed me to take my interest in Photography a step further. I can practice and get better without the cost of film and developing. Also, with all the information on the net, it's easier than it used to be to get the information needed to grow.

My love of photography comes from my Dad. He is an excellent photographer with many published works. My Dad was a photographer when photography wasn't cool. I remember jumping in the car with Dad and racing out of town so he could beat the sunset and get a shot of it.
